The Events log

About this task

The maintenance log contains descriptions of all reported maintenance events.

To access descriptions of all reported maintenance events:

Procedure

  1. Go to the Maintenance Log page.

    You can also access the Maintenance Log as follows:

    1. Log in to the Communication Manager Messaging web page
    2. Under Logs, select Maintenance.

      The system displays the Maintenance Log page.

  2. Complete the fields on this screen by using the information in the table for Field Definitions: Maintenance Log page.
  3. Click Display to generate the report.
